This service involves adding a closure to your weave, ensuring a seamless, natural-looking finish that completely covers the natural hairline. Requirements: • Closure • Hair Bundles Included Services: • Under Weave Corn Rows • Weave Sew-In • Bleaching/Customization of Closure • Styling (Straight/Wavy) Additional Costs: • Layering: £40 extra • Cut into a Bob (Asymmetric or Any Bob Style): £40 extra Appointment Details: • Appointment durations are estimates and may exceed the scheduled time. • A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required for booking. • Ensure natural hair arrives clean and well-prepped. Natural hair wash with us comes at an additional cost. • For premium hair bundles with closure lace, please visit the Store Products section on our website. We offer superior quality, 100% raw Russian hair products. To ensure your hair is ready for your appointment, specify “Do Not Post” and indicate the services you require. Any shipping costs will be refunded on the day of your appointment. • For hair bundles and closures not purchased from DIVASBYCLAUDIA that require customization, please drop them off or post them with a note 2 days in advance to ensure they are ready for your appointment. Check our shop’s opening days and times before dropping off your hair. Late drop-offs will incur additional fees. • If your hair bundles and closures do not require customization, they may be brought on the day of your appointment. Arrival Time: • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking and to complete any necessary pre-treatment consultation forms. Note: Late arrivals will incur a fee or may result in appointment cancellation, which will forfeit your deposit. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Canceling an appointment will result in losing your deposit. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full service charge will apply. No-Show Policy: • Missed appointments will result in lost deposits and automatic balance deductions from your payment method. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Divasbyclaudia. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policies before booking. Our salon is located at 309 Barking Road, E13 8EE with free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments can be booked up to three months in advance. Please use your legal name when booking. We kindly ask that appointments be booked at least 1 to 2 days in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Unconfirmed bookings are non-refundable. Emergency or special slot bookings incur an additional £60 fee and must be confirmed before payment. Our salon operates Wednesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and is closed Sunday to Tuesday. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may incur fees or result in cancellation without refund. Deposits are required for all bookings over £30 and are non-refundable. Full payment is required upfront for bookings under £30. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit or full service charge. After two no-shows, full prepayment is required for future bookings. Wigs must be dropped off at least two days before your appointment. Late drop-offs incur a £35 fee. Include your full name, appointment type and time, hair description, Instagram handle, and contact number. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced wigs, and insurance is strongly recommended. We only accept HD, laces. Dense, thick, big-knotted, or colored laces will result in cancellation with no refund. Services are not provided for synthetic, matted, untreated, or previously used hair in poor condition. Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Clients posting complaints publicly before discussing with management may forfeit future bookings. We are not liable for any personal client belongings. Verbal abuse or disrespectful behavior toward staff may result in immediate service termination with no refund. Referral rewards are available for first-time clients referred by existing clients. Payment methods accepted are cash, card, and bank transfer. We cannot provide services to children or clients with contagious conditions. Our premises are monitored by CCTV for safety.
